Soccer and Painting

We started today off with Parker's first soccer game. My camera battery was depleted, so no pictures from today. Total Mom fail on my part. He had his soccer pictures taken before the game and I can't wait to see how they turned out. He did great, but is very timid. He's been doing a great job listening to Coach Scott. Poor sweetie pie was worn out after the game.

We met up with Grandma C at our new house to paint the room that will be Parkers. It was a light shade of pink and Parker deemed it the PINK room. He told me he couldn't sleep in a pink room. We stayed for a couple hours before we had to head home so P could nap. Grandma C was very kind and stayed behind and finished up painting and did all the clean up. Thank you so much, Grandma C. We now have a very blue room!

After a nice long nap for Mr. P, we headed out to the pig roast at the fire station with Auntie Chrissy and the gang. We got to watch a demonstration of the fireman cutting off the door of a car and Mr. Josh let Parker sit in a fire truck. He was a pretty happy guy. He even did great at dinner and tried all of the foods on his plate.

Hopefully tomorrow is another productive day, but maybe a little less busy.
